Thai Healing Hands Ltd. is building a small, exceptional team of Registered Massage Therapists to practise independently within our premium Edmonton clinic. Opening September 2026.
The Opportunity
This is not a franchise. It is not a high-volume mill. Thai Healing Hands is a deliberately small, premium practice — six treatment rooms, a curated client base, and a clinical environment built to support therapists who take their craft seriously.
As an independent associate, you maintain full professional autonomy. We provide the space, the infrastructure, and the brand. You provide the expertise and the relationship with your clients.

What We Provide
Six fully equipped treatment rooms in a purpose-built clinic at 13805 – 127 Street NW. Professional-grade tables, linens, and supplies provided. A workspace that reflects the standard of care you deliver.
Full JaneApp scheduling and practice management — online booking, charting, automated reminders, and direct billing to over 35 insurance providers. You focus entirely on client care. We handle the paperwork.
Walk into a clinic with an active web presence, Google Business Profile, SEO-optimised content, and a client base already building. You benefit from the brand from day one rather than building your own from scratch.
Work alongside Supattra “Jane” Chaulker, RMT/MOT — a therapist with deep roots in traditional Thai technique and Canadian clinical training. A small, professional team where quality and craft are the shared standard.

Who We Are Looking For
We are selective. We are not looking to fill rooms — we are looking for therapists whose standard of care, professional conduct, and personal philosophy align with ours.
If you have built a loyal client following through genuine clinical skill and take pride in the therapeutic relationship, this practice was designed for you.
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Current registration in good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA).
Minimum 2 Years Clinical Experience
Demonstrated experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
Valid Liability Insurance
Independent contractors maintain their own professional liability coverage as required.
Thai Massage Training an Asset
Not a requirement, but an advantage. An interest in broadening your modalities is warmly welcomed.

Please note: All associate practitioners are required to sign a Contractor Agreement with Thai Healing Hands Ltd. prior to joining the practice. This agreement outlines the terms of the independent contractor relationship, client ownership policies, and applicable non-solicitation and non-competition obligations.
